With Annual Monitoring, Impact Check will review your property every month to look for new, proposed, or updated project plans that may potentially impact your property. We also send you updates regarding locational obsolesce, (factors surrounding the property that may affect property value or desirability.) After our team completes their review, an email will be sent to you with a new Impact Check Property Impact Report informing you of any changes or updates.
