A Georgia land owner challenges the GDOT for a fair price to take his land.

Georgia keeps growing. New suburbs are being built, new roads are being constructed, and existing roads are being widened every day. While some may find standing up to the government intimidating, one Bartow County man decided he was not going to let the Georgia Department of Transportation take his land to widen Interstate 75 at just any price.
